Yeah it could be the comfort level thing, but neither of them seem to be paying any importance to the fact that he didn't return her calls or the things going on in the house. Anyway, it doesn't affect whether I like the episode or not, but I do like some consistency in relationships or some reasoning on why things changed. They haven't shown a scene with Kunal and Meenu yet as well, and that also does not gel with their relationship so far.

Did you see Kunal didn’t hug Meenu? Or touch her feet when he returned, he did both to Parul Ma

New Kunal is a changed person, he’s only concerned about and devoted to Bhai and Bhabhi

He’s probably pissed off at Kuhu about the fight at the resort and blames her for Mishbir staying away for 3 months
