Both of them are already big names, Rani Mukerjee is one of those few actresses who won many Filmfare awards. Neither Aamir not Rani's height was ever an issue. Aamir has already made his position very big, no wonder why he is known as Mr. Perfectionist.

Ileana. She had such a good role in Barfi, she acted well and was appreciated too, plus she's so pretty! In her next film Main Tera Hero she showed off her dancing chops and looked hot too! I feel she really has good screen presence.

Expected Parineeti to be doing good strong roles and some content driven stuff after her first 3-4 films, sadly she's just got lost somewhere. I still feel if she gets one really good role she can bounce back. Doesn't necessarily have to be 'serious' stuff.
