Please. I am too busy snoring to even care about my dry af mouth.

I’m too busy to care as well and that’s why chewing gum has helped me temporarily with that issue. But I’m such a chicken shit. If I get a massive headache due to dehydration, I’ll quickly run and scull down a litre of water in one go because I’m like what if this headache is warning me that I’m about to finally die from dehydration.

After drinking large quantities of water, I reassure myself that I should be okay. But then I start to become paranoid if I drank too much water and will now die from water intoxication/poisoning. However after drinking that much water, it makes you go to the bathroom every 10 minutes, which then brings me back to paranoia # 1 = Am I getting dehydrated again and so soon? 🤣

I never win against my overly paranoid brain.

but I repeat. If you can buy organic poultry and eggs, go for it only. Chicken and eggs are the main reason for infertility issues today (early puberty, infertility, hormones problems,...)
