Congratulations to the couple! They look good together.

Just a month before I came to know that Mohib and Aaminah were married and few days later I found out that they had gotten divorced and now she has remarried also. 🤣 took a month to keep track of the relationship 🤦‍♀️🤣

Yeah women with children or even men with children should think really well before marrying again. Because it's not only their life but even the child's life gets hampered if they take hasty decisions. But if you trust the person you are marrying, if he loves you and will treat your child fair then theres no harm. I'm sure the couple had thought this through. I'm not sure what are the dynamics between Mohib and Aaminah, but if he's still involved in daughter's life, then she must have consulted with him too.

It probably also helps that he seems to be running a business, and probably qualifies as a businessman/entrepreneur.

Is he Pakistani by birth?

I know that UAE won't give you a nationality even if you are born there unless both your parents are Emirati. Even if the father is a local and mother is not, children don't get nationality. It doesn't matter if you are entrepreneur. However its different in other countries like Qatar, you can get nationality there but the process sure is long and maybe difficult than the west. Maybe Saudi allows that too.

I assumed that he was Pakistani by birth judging by his name, but I could be wrong.

I never thought Saudi was particularly friendly to immigration, so I had been wondering if it wasn't a misunderstanding that got passed around and he's on some kind of long-term resident visa due to his business and he doesn't actually have a passport (but they seem to be living in Dubai, so what do I even know).

There is nothing wrong with marrying again for a woman or a man. Islam has given equal rights to both. But the priority should be the child or children in all cases. If Mohib wants to be in his child's life, he has every right to and doesn't give Aminah the right to take her so far away from her dad. Mohib's post on Father's Day makes all sense now. I just hope the little girl gets to grow up with her real father around also.

There are different cases. There's nothing wrong in marrying and living your life after divorce. If her baby is taken care of .. and the new husband is a good guy , so why not!

My sis went to Emirates 25 yrs ago. She got married to an Emarati man from Yemeni origions. She got the nationality after 3 yrs of their marriage. Those were the days of Zayid Bin Sultan. the previous ruler. I am not sure about these days. But all I know that in any Arabian country, the children take the nationality of their father regardless of the mother's nationality.😊

I was talking about recently. My cousins live there and they told me about it. But I just checked it Google and yes you can acquire a nationality in UAE by birth even if one of your parent is a emirati. I don't about the marriage process.
