I agree that state governments do get hotshot lawyers for getting favourable results. But most governments also focus on pr work. They would sacrifice a police official or a big criminal to save face.. to have a better image amongst general public. But maha government has nearly put everything on line, not to pass on this case to cbi.. they wouldn’t do that for Rhea or anyone of their police officer.. these people are simple replaceable..

They could have been the progressive and just government only if they passed on this case to cbi on public request..

The media has made this about bihar police vs Mumbai police. Of course they will hire someone big. Do you realise how humiliating it will be to be pulled up by the supreme court.

Not really, media has been highlighting the conduct towards Bihar police which in no way was justifiable. No police is treated like that in another state. In general cases, things go as smoothly as possible with normal coordination between two parties.. obviously there are ego clashes but those are between two police officers not between departments or states..

Its about pride not conspiracy

The people who made government like they did, in partnership with their staunch opposition would not really care about pride.. neither of the parties in India are based on pride, they would do anything and everything to be in good books of the public.. all pr and image based..

Disha wala angle is almost completely out. She was partying with friends. She had clothes on when she fell. There is no sign of sexual assault.

PS: I agree with media trials being very brutal though. I have come to the conclusion that even if it wasn't abetment to suicide, she was definitely taking advantage of his vulnerable state.

What weird statements did she give? She hasn't said anything except for that 20 second video where she said she cannot say anything since the matter is sub judice but believed truth will triumph.

Bhatts made some weird statements? Well, I don't see any trial against them?

What if Sushant didn't want his family to know so soon and Rhea respected his choice?

What gratitude list and what WhatsApp messages, none of what you are referring to suggest Rhea was in any way responsible.

And the money thing, again. In today's day and age money always leaves a digital trail and it can be easily followed up with. i am not going to declare her guilty of doing this without proper proof.

I wish Sushant's jiju Vishal would have done one session with the Republic . He is educated and most importantly very aware and well informed about mental health. He would not have made tone deaf statements about mental health. But then I understand, they want to stay away from coming on national TV.

Also, how interested the bjp, central government and Arnab are in this case.. arnab could be in there for trps but there’s nothing in this case that should get the attention of the central government and bjp.. if we take things at the face value..

I am not stupid enough to believe that either of these parties actually care for Sushant or to bring justice to him.. there has to be someone on the line that could help ruin the image of opposition parties..

One of the reason could be the Bihar election where they could come up like the messiah of justice, people who bought justice to Sushant.. but in that case maha congress wouldn’t be stupid to fall in their plot without a big reason.. there has to be someone they need to save..
