I don't think he would have actually been able to send her back. I feel he just cannot imagine a life without her anymore, she has become so integral part of it

When Sampoo told about medicine, his thought was so Bondita fell ill because of medicine and not the strict diet

I think he just felt very relieved here because now he doesn't have to send her back to mom and still has a chance to fight. Maybe thats why he didn't get that angry on her also😆
