You could be right- I don't watch this drama very closely, mostly through the promos. I find Mushk kind of unbearable, personally (actually most of them, lol).

They may continue to love each other secretly, but I think Mushk's character is going to go on some kind of journey that's going to make her a more self-aware person. I think right now, Mushk's love for Irtiza is typical of those teenage romeo/juliet type stories where she sees no-one but him, but her outlook may change as she matures and love for her is a deeper thing (whomever she loves). And marrying someone that's not Irtiza and instantly becoming a stepmother is pretty life changing.

I do wonder if this goes more Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, tho since Gohar's character doesn't seem like he'd be an abusive nightmare (but I also had high hopes for Haroon in Deewangi, so what do I know, lol).

It's just that it's a Geo drama and historically Geo manages to make even their most interesting dramas follow very typical plots.

But in Ramz E Ishq . Hiba got married to Gohar, then get divorced, and married her first love: Mikaal. So there's a hope for Mushk and Irtiza shippers.😉

Exactly. I'm not predicting this story at all. Ho absolutely kuch bhi sakta hai. There's no need to lose hope at all.

I'm just pointing out that 'secret love' aur 'secret of love' ke meanings mein farq hai. And the title might not explain what will happen in the story literally. Warna where's the suspense?

Ramz-e-Ishq means sign of ishq (which is kind different from love, imo). What was the sign? I have no idea, lol. So the titles aren't always literal.
