SAME. I become so restless when I'm trying hard to sleep.

I used to listen to meditation sounds to help me sleep. But I stopped doing that worrying that I would become completely depended on it.

Half an hour sitting on a mat, breathing fresh air (you can try aromatherapy in winters) and then hitting the cold bed will for sure get you a good sleep. Try being away from your phone atleast 2hrs before sleeping time. Fix a time- 9pm to 6-7 am is best.

I won’t say replace your phone with a book because I myself don’t do that. But I used to once upon a time and that was helpful too 😆
