He is laughing because this question is similar to the one I asked in the forum game sheep which we conduct. Someone posting it here, basically ruined it for us, so he is laughing at that. It is an inside joke, he isn't laughing at the prospect of a BW actress being a Bond Girl.

Would normally pick PC over DP for other roles, but this one DO can shine. She can be sexy as long as she is not trying hard or marking her face with unreasonable amount of kohl n eyebrow pencil. Native accent was never considered an issue for Bond girls. So she doesn’t have to try phony Kanglish

Not all native accent would work for Bond girl

Imo DP’s doesn’t but they could work around that in the unlikely event she or any other BW actress gets that role
