Sahana and Prachi are not blood related so Aryan and Sahana are not brother sister.

Also I think they forgot about Ranbir's sister. Cutting roles of some characters are not new in Ek shows. I still remember in KSPH, the main characters had many siblings. But, they later stop showing other siblings and only focused in the lead.
