I think there is no competition. I remember her being a rage during the Raaz, Jism days. The likes of PC, deepika etc dont count cos there arent that dark

I never knew Priyanka was considered dusky beauty. I had to look it up! Apparently Shilpa Shetty is a dusky beauty as well! Dusky seems to have lot more shades than white.

Bips has a great body, better than PC and without a doubt sexier than Deepika but her face is weird to me. Her eyes are uneven. Not bashing her. I am pretty sure mine are the same.
