The negative memories come with a cost, as addictive as they feel, once lessons are learnt there is nothing in them of value. The positive memories come as a friend with a picnic basket, they are good and nourishing, supportive and kind. And so I choose to build myself this way, letting the bad ones wander off on their own and encouraging the good ones to blossom and grow. This way I become confident, well balanced and in control of me, able to appreciate each moment as a gift and to see a positive future. Let us wait patiently for that bright future which is waiting for us there near the horizon!

How are you? Hope the situation is improving there. Here , the cases are increasing and we are still in lockdown, but here it is not as strict as in India.

There is no closure in my country. It is obligatory to wear masks and it is recommended that we be at a physical distance.Theaters and cinemas do not work. Sports events take place without an audience. The number of people indoors and outdoors is limited. The restaurants are open. People ride public transport. Companies work. We had a jump in the number of infected. The hospitals were full. Now that number is calming down. There are people who do not want to accept that a virus exists and that anyone can become infected. I think we will have terrible problems when winter comes if no vaccine is found, before that.
