Please see how date is changed from 14th to 15th.. Mumbai Police, Doctors all are involved... One has to fight an entire system to find the killers

The doctor who signed made a mistake, this is not tampering with anything, doesn't change anything, they could have easily made a new one if the intention was tampering something as big as this, Generally people get 2-3 copies of a single form in case, they make a mistake in filling forms

Its criminal.... The truth is that they made a invalid autopsy report on 14th , but had to change date later due the wrong statements given..

There are many other questions raised.

Doctors are not allowed to finalise cause of death when the viscera report is due.

I watched a show where the nurse was paid lots of money to give fake report, I thought it was just a show but it seems like something like that happens in real life

Wasn't he cremated on 15th ? How is it possible?
