Bb is not ppk|DT Note on Pg1|

I read so many people comparing barrister babu with pehredar piya ki. It's so wierd. It's like comparing apples with oranges.

Ppk ( never seen it) showed a young guy stalking an older women. There were references of honeymoon and disgusting stuff like that between a 10 year old and an 18 year old.

Bb is not at all like that. Bb has multiple times said that child marriage is wrong and it is. This serial is meant to show the upliftment of women. Ani never even held her hand ever except for rituals. There is no reference of anything remotely close to romance or inappropriate stuff.

Yes will there be romance between the leads after the leap(which is not happening anytime soon) maybe but that does not mean ani is a pedo and stuff like that no.

This is really good concept. It revolves around the time when the child marriage was legal . Anirudh main character never held or even touched his wife's hand till now as per mention above . This story is about how he is against child marriage but had do it to save Bonditha 's life. I love the show as it shows how he fights for the rights of the women. Not a typical story completely different story. This is the reason I like it. There will be romance but it will be after a leap when Bonditha is old enough. I wish it for a long run. Watch it before you judge. There's a famous saying "Don't judge a book by its cover "and same goes with this show. Watch it fully without missing anything then you will understand .

I never saw PPK but i do knw it's concept, BB is very much different from PPK. The major difference is it's based on an era when all these things were legal, even there were so many great people from history, who did have these kinds of marriages. The big example is Rabindranath Tagore he was 21 and his wife was 11, when they got married and if people has problems with this show then y don't they have problem with films like bulbul, water and Stories by Rabindranath Tagore which too had same story line like BB.

Even pravishit also cleared in his iv when interviewer asked the same questions he gave perfect reply that’s it’s not a relation of husband & wife. It’s a story of husband who are a mentor for his wife & trains her to become a first female barrister of tulsi pur.

Idk why the people are making this a big issue & comparing the show from ppk. I too saw PPK & yes they were showing nonsense stuff like honeymoon & wedding night issues which was not good especially in child terms.

But that’s show (BB) completely different. Firstly that’s a different era where child marriage was legal as the members above said.

& second is they are not showing anything which are questionable & bad for the child. Now days they are not touching. They are maintaining completely social distancing which is really great & commendable that how they are managing the scene

& i completely agree with u yes they will show romance between the leads but only after the leap.

Well it would be better to not give footage those people who are bad mouthing about the show.

PPK was very much different than BB. That show even faced backlash from the audience but the case of BB is different.

This story is set in different time period where women were oppressed and Anirudh marries a girl just to save her from SATI pratha. How can anyone call him a pedophile. It is utterly disgusting. He didn't showed any bad intention towards his wife. He always told everyone ek choti si bacchi hai vo.

He is definitely not a pedo. That show was different as the male lead was very much interested in female lead. Here also male lead is interested,but for the upliftment of women in the society.

So people having other thoughts,please refrain watching the show but don't speak anything without having a proper data.

People are not fools to make this show at top, they are comparing with ppk but what happened to it, we all know, but people have liked it so much because of its concept... These people has saw it for once and start assuming the story... 😡

In PPK, 10 years old boy was in love with matured girl and their relationship wasn't called normal because it was written on the present day but In BB, scenario is different. This show is set on pre-independence day and such kind of odd marriage wasn't called abnormal at that time but for male lead is not okay about all abnormal rituals which are called normal at that time that's why he is raising his voice against it but unfortunately he also got trapped and unwillingly used one of unethical ritual to save an innocent girl and he is regretful for that. Now, he knows that he has to use this marital status as shield to protect the girl. I agree, He has feelings for Bondita but not as man but as guidance who is protecting his angel. She is light and strength for him and he needs her to bring change in society.
