Sorry Octo but she said to Ani ab aap aram se so sakte hai ab Meri chinta nhi karni padegi apko raat raat bhar jagna nhi pdega etc. She is known to the fact he cares for her and fighting for her only and she is a child who knows what's wrong and what's right.

Maybe she thinks all that thing that Aniruddh does is a pain to him. Like, he doesn't like it but has to do it. She doesn't know that he does because he genuinely wants to help her.
