Also his father can relocate to Mumbai till the time. Sushant anyway has a house there.

Mumbai police has botched up everything so far. Bas twitter pe memes post Karo, duty toh hothi now. How many botched suicide cases now?

Whereas, it's always easy for the accused party to alter the evidences, influence the local police to botch up an investigation, because COVERING up is what needs manipulation, power and presence, conducting an investigation doesn't.

True. However if the evidence is murky and circumstantial, it will be upto the investigators to interpret these for further probing or lay charges. A jury can be easily swayed and become extremely influenced by how facts are presented by the prosecuting side. All I'm saying is she can have reasons to believe that the outcome will be unfavorable for her because of their influence in Patna.

The fir filed is already pretty circumstantial imo unless they have solid iron clad proof. Even then, she can easily claim he did all of this of his accord. So the evidence is pretty flimsy in my opinion and it will fall to the grand jury to convict or clear charges.

As I said, an independent CBI inquiry is the only way forward.

I won't be sentimental here and being an adovate I can say, Rhea petition make sense bcz of Sushant BIL as IPS officer.. best is cbi shall take further investigation that's it.

Ps: I'm in no way supporting Rea. Always thought she was shady and Mumbai police is definitely not doing their job right either. Even a lay person can see that. I remember rolling my eyes when I heard them questioning these random producers. I was wondering what the hell they were planning to find

but then Patna might not be any better.
