Btw i read written update of tommrw epi it seems vansh will force her to marry him and kabir will also agree but vansh ko koi aur rasta nahi mila apni physiotherapist ko rokne ke liye.. I think vansh ego is hurt as ridz going against him so vansh wants to control her life

Yeah he can keep her captive in his house without a marriage tag. No one in that house would dare say anything against vansh anyways. So why is marriage necessary?
