i think arr and resul pukutty not getting work has more to do with bollywood being biased to south indians than anything else

South indians are not given opportunities in bollywood from before only

only heroines are imported

but other talent is not from south india from before

its an absoulte north india domination especially punjab side

you see all big directors, producers, actors all punjabi or pathans(they also have similar culture)

Bollywood thats why like pakistani singersactors as most as punjabi/pathan

south indias are considered low or second class by north indian/punjabi group

while in reality south indians have more intellectual achievements, most CEOs of big companies in USA are south indians only

and caste system is less in south india as most are educated

Bollywood as such is north india/punjabi culture domination from before only

Thaks to SLB some gujarathi culture has come into bollywood movies otherwise you see only punjabi culture mostly for decades
