I also feel what @Billi_Bangalan said is right. Some talented people are left behind because of the choices they make and some mediocre people survive because of the same. Can we put talented ones at fault? No. And , to be honest, I will have more respect for the person who chose tougher path than those who chose easier one.

I don't know about that sexuality part. I am okay with whatever sexuality a person has. I am not a fan of any actor/actress right now. But, if I was then also I would be more than fine with whatever choice other make. Their personal choices are none of my business. They should live happily. That's what matters.

Principles are subjective naa! So I can't really judge anyone for the path they choose because what may be unacceptable to me may be acceptable for others!

Ofc success comes with many such variables, so it's hard to say what led others to be left behind!

Tougher path is again subjective too. Someone who compromised can be seen as taking a tougher path than the ones who didn't? It really depends on one's viewpoint. Hence varied opinion from various people whom they respect or don't!

In terms of BW only - One can appreciate the struggle but end of the day talent should matter and talent should survive! - Agreed!
