Yes because you refuse to accept the result. The onus to prove the case is always on the plaintiff. When will that sink in? Hrithik was the plaintiff because he filed a case. Nothing got proven. We could not find any leads on the case. No one was proved guilty. The plaintiff has to prove the defendant guilty of the crime she is accused of. You have to be in blizzaro land not to be able to accept that. She is not obsessed with him. She speaks of him when asked. Keep Sushant out of this. He was not a part of this topic.

But the way Kangana played all this is disgusting. Him having flings does not justify harassment from her. Why is he required to have chastity certificate to prove he is victim of sexual harassment? It’s like saying it’s ok to rape a girl or eve tease her because she is friendly with boys.

Grumpy, read the article that Talis posted. It CLEARLY states that Kangana did not turn over any of her electronic goods. What does that suggest? If she was innocent, why did she not hand them over? Because she was hiding something.

Also, the investigation got stopped in the middle because it arrived at a dead end; but that doesn't mean some of the things that came out in this investigation can be ignored.

1) Why did Kangana not have a SINGLE picture/selfie/text from him? Is it possible in today's age that you don't have a single photo with your beau? Did Hrithik hack into her phone as well?

2) The forensic department found that there were only 4 calls from Hrithik to Kangana in seven years. Are they lying?

3) Isn't it ludicrous that Hrithik would hack into her email and send 3000+ mails without Kangana ever noticing? Which adult in their right mind would believe that?

4) If he was indeed guilty, would he not just try to avoid this issue when Kangana made that "silly ex" comment? No normal person would bring that thing more into the limelight if he was guilty. That itself shows he's sincere.

MUMBAI, Dec 18: Actress Kangana Ranaut, who got involved in a legal battle with actor Hrithik Roshan earlier this year, spoke her heart out while sharing her "part of the story" of their alleged romance. She says that she felt naked when her letters were exposed and also that nobody understands what she feels as a woman during tough times.

While attending Reebok's first Fit To Fight Awards here on Friday night, Kangana hinted at Hrithik and said that she "felt extremely naked and vulnerable when the letters were exposed".

"The world knows me as an achiever. I think a lot of importance is given to the worldly achievements. But as a woman, the most favourite part of my personality is how I see myself as a lover. And if I am a fan of any aspect of my personality, it is my ability to love and stay in love even though my world or environment does not respond in the same way," Kangana said.

Kangana said: "There was this young girl in the mountains who had a lot of fire in her belly, extremely dreamy, impractical, naive and stubborn.

"This girl when she was 14, she saw picture of a man and fell in love with him. That picture led her to cross the oceans, landscapes, deserts and come to a place where she is standing with that man under the stars and this man kisses her and he says ‘I love you',"

"(Next) what happens is that the man says that this is not a normal girl. She is like a cub and the man gets scared of this woman. This is when the whole love story becomes a tragedy. The thing is I can't help it if I have a lot of fire in my belly," she added.

Kangana went on to criticise people who didn't think about her as a woman while talking about her.

"People have seen how I put up a strong front to fight but nobody has seen that side of me what I feel as a woman when I am subjected to that kind of brutality," she said.

Talking about the letters and mails which were exposed by Hrithik during the legal battle, Kangana said: "This speech is dedicated to the letters of a lover which were brutally exposed to the world.

"How did I feel as a human being? Every letter that you write to your lover holds a lot of vulnerability. You are exposing a part of your soul or yourself, not to the world, but to an individual."

"I felt extremely naked in front of the world. I cried for nights in my room and the worse is that most of it was not even the genuine stuff. People made fun of me. Even today I become the butt of jokes when I sit with my friends. But I never answered to that brutality with the same sort of spirit and I see myself as a winner there."

In the end, Kangana said: "One should not make fun of a woman's vulnerability and to embarrass her for her desires. As far as the letters are concerned, I have also gone ahead to tell my part of the story."

Issues between the two began when Kangna hinted at Hrithik being her "ex-boyfriend" when she said in an interview that she fails to understand "why exes do silly things to get your attention".

The actress lodged a legal complaint against Hrithik for "misusing" the confidential emails and photographs of the time when they were together.

Hrithik later filed a complaint with the cybercrime cell, claiming an imposter had been emailing Kangana from a bogus email ID, pretending to be him.

For all those who thinks that Hrithik hacked her email and sent her over 3000 emails. Madam herself admitted that she had sent all of these emails.

I do believe they had a short fling and he moved on but she couldn't handle it. The email stuff just seems super shady and I think both are hiding stuff but I feel bad because pre- Hrithik and pre- Queen there was a sweetness and genuineness to all her interviews, which is gone forever.

Kangana did notice. There was an email from her saying, "I know you are hacking into my account doing this. And you are pathetic."

About him bringing it into the forefront. I think it was about maligning her as crazy so people wouldn't believe her when she spoke about it. About her not having a picture I dont think it was a full fledged affair like Kangana makes it. The source I have from bling global told me it was more of casual thing. Like I said the truth is somewhere in the middle. Neither is he completely innocent. Nor is she.

Like I said. I was doing research on Kangana in general than I found this video. It triggered my memory about the episode. She said "Hrithik and I were friends before we began working together." He was sitting right there. He def didn't protest or refute it. I don't remember correctly but he could have nodded or verbally agreed as well. He went on to do Krissh 3 with her. But this directly contradicts his statement on his Arnab interview where he denied any type of friendship with her. I cant find the episode anywhere. But if my memory is correct he has contradicted himself.

Also some of the things Kangana said to justify herself have been true. She said she didn't want to do Krissh 3. At 6:40 PC basically confirms it here. At look at the video. Does she look obsessed? To the contrary at 0:27 imitation is a classic sign of attraction.
