India doesn't have jury system....and summons can be refused as long as they are not issued by a court....this is my understanding.

so kangna makes tall claims on national television that she will definitley make a statement, all the police have to do is call her, but now she is refusing to go to mumbai when she has all the resources to be able to go. She is trying as much as she can not to make a statement coz she doesn't have any evidence to back what she is saying! All she spews is lie after lie and whatever she says is only what she has read on the internet 😆
