It wasn't meant to be derogatory . If someone wants to take it that way they can. But i'm happy to trigger some ppl given that some were given mental health certificates to those speaking up.

No idea who is triggered so I will let that be😆

So what exactly is the purpose of calling a guy Didi?🤔

While I don't know why TM used Didi, but nowadays when referring to hypocrites females, Didi is used, like for example,

"Didi ko insider BW mafia se ladna bhi hain aur Didi ko outsiders ke roles aur credit bhi churana hain, aisa kaise chalega Didi".

You get the gist. It is not a derogatory, but more like an address but in a sarcastic way.

Its more of a sarcastic thing used in memes. Ppl can take it to be derogatory. That was not the intention. Intention was to point out his hypocrisy.

I don't think it is derogatory, but than again I don't think motherlover is derogatory either.

Bro can be used for girls but a similar thing when said for guys is taken to be derogatory. Why are ppl triggered? I m pointing at his hypocrisy. Plz don't be selective.

I didn’t think it was derogatory either, mainly because of the person who said it who was always nice to me before that and also because I am blissfully unaware of such desi slangs..Is thread mein aake doubt aagaya.... But I guess I will leave it at that! 🤓
