You may not have interest but a large section of the country does. Media works off of TRPs and engagement. Viral has said so many times in his posts and IVs that he follows star babies around because they generate the most engagement for him. Taimur has had dolls made and sold on his name, his FCs have more followers than some actors. Both media and audience are equally responsible, it's a vicious cycle.

She isn't wrong by the way. Many people are excited to know about taimur, whenever his pics got leaked everyone was I awe and wanted for more. They won't run behind star kids only if people will stop giving importane to their posts/videos/pics

This is actually a bit of a misconception if you mean the people who pay him as the actors themselves. Yes there are definitely publicists who call paps frequently but he has consistently talked about how that majorly happens only around film releases. 

He has admitted that his team follows Taimur and other kids around (even invading privacy) until they get photos because their pics sell among the highest prices to major publications. It got so bad that Saif and Kareena had to settle an agreement with the paps that they can only click Taimur when the parents are present and posing. If it was just publicists calling him all along to do this, then why would he admit this when it just makes him look terrible? The media runs after these kids because their content is in demand.
