sugar as in not just the sweet foods.all the junk food and packaged snacks contain hidden sugar you have to avoid all that and like LP said anything white should be avoided.

It won't be easy but fatty liver has no other treatment or medicine except diet.

Its about a woman who is divorcee and is with her child. She is a lawyer. And there is a murder mystery. The child's father is also involved in a way. Any resemblance?

I think I read it ends with us and two more don't remember the title now . Some authors does take 360 degree change at times .

Few authors who I initially liked bore me to death now with their new books

I think I have read that one . Yes her books interest me and I went as far as reading her daughter books as well but she didn't have the knack of suspense as her mother .

Oh yes my mother says earlier all the nutrients were found in the skin of the fruits and now with so much artificiality the skin of the fruits is the most unhealthy part.So she makes sure to always peel them.

Plus with frequent lockdowns the physical activities(gymming n exercising)have also taken a toll.And that has affected a lot on the health of people.
