Yes they did notice coz last year people act so much foolishly, when official warned asked them to move they didn't and even when they were stuck & resue team went to help they didnt budge. What more they can do then?

I m praying this time it wont be like last but still risk is higher than last, dams are full than required and if rainfall is more nothing will go well😭

I think thats a good chance do social activities, we got chance to help them like providing food, clothing, medicines,etc. But its scary as well, water was everywhere its like watching a red color sea.
