So everyone are in different state of mind , what is right and what is wrong... who is right and who is wrong...
Before getting in to this, please read it with open mind and Abir didnt run after doing a crime, so take it one by one...
I would like to keep few points…
I will start with Abir finding out Mishti and when he reached there both Mishti and that guy are hit and having blood on their head…
First Abir want to check that guy, but he didn’t even kept his hand on him when he heard police siren…
He asked Mishti, what happened and who is that guy… so she said he attacked her and she fell unconscious…
So if Abir has stayed… what will he say when he don’t know what clearly transpired between both of them and how will police believe Abir, as he Mishti’s husband, even what ever Mishti said is right but in Indian Judiciary we cant record it as evidence when family member gives statement, so Abir statement is null and void…
As Abir said he don’t have any proof to show Mishti innocence, but for me what ever happened is not a crime in first place,because first that guy hit Mishti and she fell unconscious and when he touched her she protected herself… so this what we do right? Its protection of her self esteem and dignity… so she did it and it come under self defense too…
For example...
If a random guy, touch a woman or come near to her , what will she do, either she goes away or she hits that person to teach what ever he is doing is wrong and he should learn it, so what ever Mishti did is same, but the thing is he is dead, but as Abir said the death is due to excessive alcohol , so police never mentioned its due to hit of rock, so technically Mishti’s hit didn’t cause his death… so if we wont say that a guy is touching me intimately that’s the reason I slapped to police, then why should Mishti say, she hit him and tried to assault her, just because the hit of Mishti made blood bleed out of him? Doesn’t his drunken state didn’t have any fault? For me, I don’t even think its Mishti’s fault to tell police and whatever Abir did is right (its only opinion)
LAW...
Many of indian people don’t even know that self defense is not a crime, as its said by indian government and PM of INDIA… but it had loop holes too… so Mishti should come out if guilt that what she did is not crime nor murder and its not out of law…
Other than Abir no one can make her understand , what she did is right… we just seen Mishti’s panic attack from 3 days and we don’t even know all nightmare are same or different, I mean loosing family can be normal thing but did she really get daily pregnancy dream, meenu and kuhu acceptance and all are loving her and baby? We don’t know what her dreams but her fear is loosing family , so she never want to loose or rather Abir never want it for her…
FAMILY…
Family should support and give guidance to victim, not to throw mental torture and abusing.
But can we really trust RJV in this, if even Abir said only to confidents or for total family will they help Mishti come out of it or will they ask Mishti did he really touch or not, What are you saying is truth or not, if one family members knows, it spread to others and Kuhu will definitely say to Jas, Jas will ask her to tell police and demean Mishti character, even BB will be playing indirectly and nidhi maami,she don’t even think before she spill it out ,she don’t even think will it effect person or not, who are present and is she right in saying that or not?
CONFESSION:
Everyone are saying hiding things are making complicated ,yes I agree but if it came in open will complications will go?
If Mishti go and confess that,the person hit her and she hit that person when he going to be physical with her, Mishti ki body mein ek scratch bhi nahi aaya... so who will believe she did in self defense?
Will police don’t file a case and ask her details and where did he touch , how did he find her and how they believe her ?
Then it goes to court, the same questions with more public, more over media coverage for this type of cases…
By hook or crook Abir will make her out of this…
Will Meenu accept Mishti? Will people accept that person didn’t touch Mishti, when ever she go out, everyone will look her differently… is really Mishti deserve this?
In police custody we don’t what type of criminals will be there, doesn’t it effect her mental health? Is this we want? Who will treat her panic attacks? Ok Mishti is strong she will survive and then will keep her in remand until case gets solved, that in jail , so Abir cant visit jail and what guarantee that Mishti can be handle herself in Jail. Like she handled her self in police station? Is this not torturing for the crime she didn’t even do?
TREATMENT:
what Abir doing is right, because she didnt do crime but she is not coming in terms with assault, hit and she dont have confidence to prove herself, Abir is trying to boost her confidence and she can gain when she faces it or when forget it...
creating old moments and giving rope and keeping wind chime all are part of treatment, he is making her mind calm and making her to think what she is and making her to listen to herself, her mind and her heart…
we really don’t know what Abir did in 3 months, from where he took guidance, so how can we say he is not treating her but pushing her more…
REALITY:
I know she should face it but who will help her in facing this, as Abir said no proofs to show her innocence,then who make her come out of this?
She didn’t do any crime to confess and bear punishment for it, are we really not pushing her to make her believe what she did is wrong?
Are we not torturing her mental health? Can a doctor or therapist will heal her without the person who Mishti can believe?
Truth will come out if not today ,it may be tomorrow or after year or after some years but he cant let Mishti go trough jail and torture her with more..
LOVE:
Abir preferring to keep her with him as his love can cure, he can make her fight with herself, when u dont have confident this situation raises... its the most realistic situation...
He is protecting and treating her, so we cant he didn’t do anything… for him priority is Mishti and her health… If Mishti gets confidence to prove her self and say the words clearly then we can ask Mishti to confess but in the situation she is, she will easily get manipulated and confess which she didn’t even do…
For me what Abir doing is right… as we have see in Mishti’s panic attacks in her childhood and it went for 2 years because everyone bullied her as “MURDRER KI BETI”,so we don’t even know how much time it takes her to cure…
P.S: Moreover, panic attacks may occur again and again, we cant say it can be completely cured, it may trigger again when your mental health is weak and a small incident is enough to come back again and we cant guarantee it will stay or not…
So please when you don’t even know how a panic attack person and their stages will be ,you don’t have any right to speak why cant Abir is not taking her to a therapist, psychiatrist or any other… right now even Abir emotional state is being tested too and its clear in today’s episode he is also getting panic attacks but sadly no one are recognising it and even Abir emotions should come out.. he is holding much with himself… he don’t deserve this….
Dont judge abir or any character until track ends...we dont even know what has still hidden or what they went trough... seeing your wife going trough panic attack is not easy and he should even touch her, so understand how difficult it will be a person near to her... understand the sensitivity of it and dont keep guys on anyone...
More examples of sexual assualt as said by AT members, victim is a gril and accused it high influential political family, so they turned tables completely and made victim as call girl and characterless girl... did we really wish any girl should under go it?
second, everyone refer to hyderabad case, its handled by police and its out of law as they cant kill person until they produce in court but everyone took police side as accused cant be spared and the thing i know is total 4 are accused but only 2 involved and 2 are just watching the, they didnt touch the girl, so is police killing 4 person is right or wrong (its not our topic so, i say we cant just judge anyonw with out knowing layers of it)
P.S.S: if it felt offeneded then im really sorry but this is my view and I STAN BY ABIR...
