that is different that involved only their families..but here it is different..yaar he is already in guilt for leaving mishti alone,, then someone try to molested his wife and moreover she is unconcious and in self defence she murdered him(according to today's episode)

will he be in right state of mind to think rationally yaar..even if we are in his situation we try to protect our loved one first.

Speaking up about molestation, even when you think you have no proof, at least give that confidence to girls in society that when we start taking a stand for ourselves, only then the chance of some change in society will start. It's not easy realistically I understand, but for the sake of tv show I'm sure they could have shown a better stronger perspective/message in this situation.

Yes she needs to be ready to confess and ready to face whatever may come, since she has Abir with her too. Problem is with mishti. She is not confident. She herself thinks she has murdered someone and dosent have proof that she did in self defense. She is not strong enough to stand in front of the aggressive police questioning and stick to her point that the guy tried to molest her and she hit in self defense. She will easily confess that it was all her fault and she killed someone. It makes no sense to come clean with police in such a situation.

Under law too accidentally murdering a person for self defense against molestation IDK how strong it will hold. I read a news where a woman chopped off the private part of her rapist who had confined her and was regularly raping her. she was booked for going too far in self defense. the law itself has loopholes. I dont blame abir for not coming clean with the police in this case when he has no proofs. Peoples whole life is wasted in fighting such cases just because a man tried to come and molest a girl.

If the police say he died of alcohol overdose then what about the wound on the head. Do they think he fell down on the stone in drunk state and hit his head. I feel Abir mishti should have just stayed there and been smart. Abir should have just said i found two people unconscious here. Mishti could have said the guy tried to molest me and pushed me and i hit my head and became unconscious. She should have just feigned amnesia that she dosent remember anything after that. Police would have gone with theory that guy was drunk he fell down hit his head on stone and became unconscious. Maybe the constant fear of police coming to know they were present there would not be there.

In either ways , mishbir were going to be doomed , hiding had its own sequences and revealing had it's own, abir doesn't want to face the consequences of revealing because its extremely complicated ro make everyone understand and prove that mishri is innocent given the family is oh so understanding 🤣😆legal system ke apne jhamele 🤔

while I do understand his moment of weakness , emotional vulnerabilities , urge to protect mishti , all very much human and relatable but I can't still endorse it for some reason, I just feel bad and sympathise for them , it's really a tough time for Need mein bhi hoshiyar abir to prove mishti's innocence to the world and bring out the truth and we are sure he will do it !

Why should a woman even allow herself to get raped, she has a right of self defense there itself. A woman caught in such a situation dosent know when a molestation can turn into rape and when a rape can turn into murder. So should a woman wait for the molestation to turn into an rape attempt before she tries self defense to save herself so that it is not termed as going too far in self defense. And IDK but im not liking the way they are showing Mishti to be so guilty for murdering her molester and potential rapist in self defense to the point of her having panic attacks and thinking herself to be a criminal who made a mistake. If they had shown her getting panic attacks with regard to the molestation i would be ok with it. Or if they had shown mishti wanting to go to the police to tell the truth because she believes she is not a criminal that that would too be ok. But here they are making her think that it is a crime and a mistake she committed. This is actually not giving a good direction to the molester-woman angle. They should have kept is as some accidental murder which mishti discovered and could be caught in it as there is no proof that she did not kill the person.

I don't have an ounce of sympathy for that guy, at first I thought Abir should have called a doctor then I saw the episode again and Abir said that he returned and police informed him about alcohol overdose, it's obvious that between Mishti and that molestor Abir took Mishti to the hospital first, Anyone would do that, don't we read about raped in newspapers or watch how horrible these people are? Why wouldn't Abir think about taking his wife to a doctor first?

It is not so easy to go and inform police that in self defense i have killed someone..they def need proof bina poof they wont accept..moreover the aggressive police questioning def mishti cant handle it..as you said if they stayed there when the police arrived that too complicate def they could have ll questioned mishti..could mishit have handled it??Noooo😭

I really feel sad for their situation..if they reveal or hide in both the situation they have to face the consequences😭

I really feel that someone pls help them to handle but the family members make it more complicate the situation for them💔
