He took mishti away because of the reason we know, but when police will ask he has to prove the reason and that's the main problem, sunsaan jagah pe proof kaha se milega.

He didn't knew that the person is dead when he left the scene, after hearing police siren he thought that they'll take care of him, but after visiting police station he got to know that person is dead Because of overdose of Alcohol.

He didn't expected that but ab varun is in the scene so he'll need proofs to prove his statement

Of course but the guilt is eating her up and will continue to eat her up until someone else than Abir that's police will say she didn't do anything, as I said before the urge of someone else to say her that she's right is too strong now because she knows that Abir loves her and will support her but she's not seeing the thing that she's right that's also a reason abir is supporting her.

Abir leaving the crime scene and also not clearing the matter after is understandable but it has complicated the situation that we can't deny, an bahut zyada tension hoga benause one more question added to the list, agar Kuch nahi kiya tha to bhaage Kyu. That's why they have to collect some solid proof
