I am having second thoughts. Is there a restriction on newbies receiving PMs? Can someone clarify please? How many posts do they need to post before receiving PMs or scraps?

I have no idea. I think we'll have to contact the MODS for the same. Cause of restrictions regarding posting of a link on IF, only pms or scraps can be sent. Everyone who's reading this message please ping me, Savera84 or Eccentrica for a link to the story.

I just googled and found that they are fine. They can receive PMs. Nothing has bounced back, so, their Inboxes are not full.
