Let me tell you the shortest possible summary.

When RB entered last year in June, he asked Prerna to marry him in exchange for Basu's freedom who was in jail then. It was a deal marriage. Post marriage it was revealed that RB married her for his mute daughter. In October, RB divorced Prerna and left because he loved her and decided it's best to let her go. Before leaving, however, he told her he'll always be there for her.

This year he returned in February end and saved a drowning Prerna who was thrown down the bridge by Basu. After that he took her to London to give her a better life and also to prepare her for revenge as per her own wish.

8 years leap.

Post leap they are said to be married. We don't know if they remarried or continued the previous marriage as the divorce might have been incomplete.
