Who is modern day Deepak Tijori?

Is it Aparshakti Khurrana coz he plays sidekick in most of his movies.

No one so far, he was the epitome of favorite side hero , he also stood out in a way.

Now they don't make movies where there is a side hero anymore.

I mean be it Khiladi or Aashique or bully in JJWS

It's hard to pick who could be the modern deepak today ! But yes in the 90s he was a great friend to the heros and provided great support as a character who was close to the male lead.

Nowadays, they don’t make movies like those made in the 90s anymore so we hardly see heros with friends.

But there was a name that came to my mind & it is Vikrant Massey, though of course he’s moved on to lead roles. But I loved a lot of the supporting characters he played.

Directors are too scared now bc if the side role acts and looks better than the main hero (side kick), he might take away all the accolades
