To be honest, I like them, because I have also been in this position. 😆
Till they maintain discipline and be modest, it's okay. But if they cross the line , straight forward to reporting and block. 🤔
Still now I ask questions to my seniors, but only once or twice in a month. And the are supportive and helpful.
