Hey! Don't get me wrong. It's not like I'm saying that they should stop shooting. Of course things has to be normalised but just like how we waited 3 months for Mishbir, I would have been happy even if they would have reduced 1-2 episodes, so that they wouldn't be under that much pressure, already we can imagine the pressure on staff members of DPK. And nothing is going to according to my wish. I was just hoping for reduction of episodes.

But yes if even a single team member found positive, results wouldn't be good for us too! Ofcourse shooting will be withholded temporarily.

And I don't know about any American or foreign shows. I don't follow anything. I rarely watch even Hindi television shows. Only 1 or 2 shows are exception, including YRHPK. But I thought maybe they would have reduced to 3-4 episodes/wk.

I am not saying who are excited, are wrong, because even I am excited to watch them back on screen. Don't get me wrong Yarr.

India relies on film/tv show entertainment very strongly as their economy and entertainment, hence they are taking these risks. But we cannot deny the fact that shooting for six episodes a week is extremely taxing on all cast and crew - even without covid they were all working like mad. Now when the situation is so dire and serious, exhausting everyone in this heat will also take a great toll and we just don't want anyone to feel weak or become more vulnerable to illness😕

As a resident in Aus, I can clearly state as far as I know the only tv show that is still shooting is Masterchef AU, ensuring all precautions and social distancing are adhered too. Other than that, Aus doesn't do many other shootings, that's why it's not rational/easy to compare India to places like Aus, US, UK etc, the value on entertainment industry and population varies a lot.

I am aware that Neighbours which is an Australian show and a show along the lines of a daily soap is also filming. I also know that the UK has based some of guidance for filming UK shows on what Australia set out for Neighbours.

Also the US has the highest number of infections in the world and they have set out guidelines for filming.

It is not just India that relies on entertainment..it is Hollywood and the UK also.

So let's just see what happens. I mean the cast can say they are scared to film. No one is being forced.

I understood your point of view. Gradually the things have to be normalised. Even these actor work for money and for their career. If they are scared they can refuse to work and stay safe at home. But they didn't.

They are coming for shooting and the production house is providing all the possible precautions. The team would be under more pressure now with same number of episodes like earlier. Nothing much would have changed if number of episodes reduced. And of course actors can demand whatever they feel convenient.

Again We both are just putting our point of view. 😊Nothing is going to be happen according to us. Sorry if I have offended you.
