Well, he brings the “eccentricity” part of Sherlock...think of movies like Aks and kaun. On a related note, I am currently watching the Prime Elementary series. Never imagined johnny lee miller and Lucy liu would be able to pull it off but the series does grow on you.

To be frank, it is very tough for anyone who has seen Benedict to even try to imagine others in his shoes. I even hated Robert Downey Jr(for whom I cried for 12 minutes straight in avengers end game) as Sherlock after BC.

So to imagine a “hero” like Shahrukh, Salman, Aamir, Ranbir, Ranveer, Akshay play the role is just blasphemy! I am thankful this question got cancelled, it is unimaginable
