Yes and that is often how new actors (and often outsiders) get in. It's like KJo told Hrithik in Luck By Chance. When enough stars reject a film then an outsider enters.

Everybody wants to be hero, but forgets audience does not recognizes a new comer until they have put an effort in social media or PR.
