I highly recommend it if you get the chance to watch. The casting was on point especially for Krishna, Shakuni, Draupadi, and Karna. I loved their title track!
I still sing it's title song❤️
Yes!!! The title track was super awesome!❤️ I loved the lyrics and the entire flute piece at the end! So good! Makes you want to listen to it again and again!👍🏼
Ajay-Atul did a fantastic job as always👏
I agree!
The flute at the end was fantastic❤️
This ☺️

My Shravan☺️
No 😆 this is from mahabharat, the great ancient indian war between two clans in a family. It's where Gita originated from. It was time when they fought with bows & arrows (other weapons too). But Arjun was said to be the best archer in the world (It's debatable...#TeamKarna)
Arjun was the third best!
1. Eklavya
2. Karna
3. Arjun
4. Abhimnayu (I cried when he died at an tender age in the serial... he was the one for whom I felt really sad...)
I too come in team Karna for obvious reasons😆
Going to exit for now. Bye guys! Have a great day!🤗
Red on your name looks really good
If anyone is interested, IF made a quiz on Mahabharat:
https://www.indiaforums.com/play/quiz/33
I got 9/10
I got 10/10🥳
I deserved 9/10 though... Bheem bringing flowers for draupadi was a guess as I thought he cared the most for her😆

The TV shows made on Mahabharat are a lot more white-washed where they show Pandavas (winning team) as entirely good and Kauravs (losing team) as entirely bad...but if you read the original Mahabharat (I read an english translation because I can't read Sanskrit 😆), It's a lot more neutral. Even though Krishna is a god, he is also shown as "grey" because he claims to be fair but is clearly biased (Later, even he is cursed). But he describes his duty as choosing what is right but in reality he is not choosing what is "right" but rather the lesser of the two evils. Pandavas had their own shortcomings but were better than Kauravas. But even with that, Duroyodhan (leader of losing team) had some good things about him like he didn't believe in caste system and gave Karna and equal opportunity. Now there is some debate about whether it was a selfless friendship or was there some ulterior motive. But even if Duryodhan had some good qualities it was outweighed by his bad qualities. It's like that in real life too...you may do a million good things for a person but you do one thing that is bad and deeply hurts someone...they will forever remember that and all the good things you did don't make up for it. Now I know this is not what Yin and Yang mean but when I look at that symbol it reminds me how there is some good in the bad and some bad in the good. No one is ever completely good or bad. Besides that, I am a strong believer in Karma...that you will get the fruits of your actions in this lifetime. I think the Mahabharat perfectly portrays both of these aspects. I quickly explained most of the things but if you or anyone is more interested to talk about his, hit me up!! This is one of my favorite topics 😆 Sorry for this essay.
Disclaimer: I hope I didn't hurt anyone's religious sentiments. These are just my personal views.
@bold so true... they at times make everything look pretty simple and white😔
You gave her a summary itself😆
I agree! Duryodhan had some good qualities but he didn't use them and instead fed his greed...
Brothers are cuties❤️😆
