Only school, colleges are closed.
Tv shootings have also started.
Baki sab to open with reduced capacity and exception in some containment etc areas in few places.
It's not possible to be socially distanced while filming but what they can do is have all the cast and crew take COVID tests before they start. Then have them all living in a sanitary hotel and not going back forth to home or their families and friends. They can keep doing tests weekly just in case.
Wrap up the film quickly in 2 or 3 months and then everyone can go back home.
Staying in hotel, depending on total strangers poses risks too
U can’t trust your family but can trust total strangers to keep clean?
Testing weekly is enough? What someone caught it in between and spread it to others?
Is movie making really worth killing people?
P.S For the record I am only repeating what suppporters of strict lockdown and opponents of school reopening are saying
These opinions are not my own
They can do one thing. Get the entire cast and crew of 100 members tested and only those who tested negative should be allowed to shoot. They should cut off contact with family till filming is complete (for 2-3 months) and should stay in a secured guest house till then.
Who would’ve thought the director of Ra One will go and make some such good films like article 15 👌

I typed my comment and just now read yours, it's pretty much the same.
That’s true
Whats so urgent in shooting movies or soaps right now?
A few TV actors have tested positive after they began shooting. So it put risks other people working with them as well, as symptoms start to show up after 14 days. You can have a negative result today and it can turn positive tomorrow, we never know

Assuring insuarance to cast and crew members in itself is a distant dream in the indian film and tv industry, all these systematic practices can't even be expected.
Positive cases have already started coming from some south Indian and hindi TV show shoots.
Also with all protocols in place due to Covid, shoot dates are actually going to get extended. So a film that usually would wrap up in 2 months would now take 3-4 months due to limited crew.
It's been 6 years, and they are going to be back together as actress-director combo. Just saw the trailer and it was hard-hitting as hell. Assi...
