About tips to wake up early, its basically a trial and error at first..I can tell you what worked for me....It started off as a desperate attempt to get out and get away from myself....It helps to seek out inspiration and information from the YT vlogs, books etc...Also having an activity that you will love to do during that time helps too- which for me is biking...And then I kept on waking up on time - regardless of when I went to bed...It wasn’t easy for me as it took me weeks to get into the groove...Along the way, I didn’t even realize when I got addicted to it...Now I wake up like clockwork....:)
