1st........ is everything OK with you & family? Are you worried about anything in particular?
2nd.....that's not very uncommon feeling........it happened to many of us......for a day or for a certain period of time.......
3rd.........guess..........you're not going out for a while........at least freely as you used to that can contribute........
It can be due to some other factors.......but try to look into what is the cause of your uneasiness........
