I think I need to do an appreciation post on the awesome dialogues of Kasautii.. the show had really good writers and I remember so many monologues and lines that were so, so good.

RB had awesome dialogues.. and RR made a meal out of those lines. I think one of my favourite dialogues of RB is when Prerna goes to meet him for the first time when he's taking over Basu Publications and he's like, "Aapki saansein, apki ehsaas, apke jazbat aur aapka Anurag... Inn chaaro ki kadar karta hun main, chahe woh alag alag ho ya saath saath. Par aapki aachi aachi baatein mera irada nahi badal sakti, Miss Sharma."

And that's only the start.

This scene is one of my favorites. RB wearing his heart on his sleeves for Prerna is just 😍. This track is also one of the best in Kasauti 1.. I loved this possessive RB phase so much, all the more because of the indifference track that followed. It just compliments the indifference track and makes it all the more angsty and painful.

I'm just thinking how awesome it was for you to have followed the serial then. That anticipation of watching the next episode, waiting for the story to reveal itself everyday. Watching on Hotstar can never compare.

this scene was one of my favs for them bearing their heart out and that backhug of Pre ❤️
his possessiveness led to indifference which led to her yearn and longing .. it's beautiful so much of angst and pain

it's in Bajaj house , dining table scene THE deal , he had some of the best dialogues,
I remember his dialogue to Anurag when A bribes the official in Bajaj's name toh Bajaj goes to Blore and turns the table around .. the cricket match wala .. those dialogues were awesome .. i shared earlier in one of these threads

Yes, yes! And her entire confession to him is so, so beautiful. Hum dono k beech mein jo hain woh pyar hain.. That was so beautiful.

@bold- you can't leave it at that.. I've been trying to get my mom, aunts and cousins to share their experiences of watching Kasautii. But they don't tell me anything. Probably because they think I'm already obsessed 😂

Please tell me what your reaction was to the first PRB marriage track. Were you on board with the new introduction to the serial from the moment RB walked in or did it take you time to warm up to him?

I'll go check that epi on hotstar. My viewing of the show is very haphazard mainly because I'm hunting for RB scenes only..
