ohhh. In one episode when priya is preggo, she tells Neha that Ram forgot the importance of that particular day, and when Neha asks what is important, Priya tells her that Ram said I love you for the second time. I couldnt find such an episode, so I thought i missed it.

Maybe it was a flashback, or something.

Yeah now I remember that episode. Priya was in the bed saying that to Neha if i am not wrong
