Hema Ji in Seeta Aur Geeta is a real tour de force I feel

She was even believable in action sequences, not many heroines can do that

This story was made many times in many languages in Indian movies
But SAG is the beat imo

Sri’s comedy was good but the otherwise the movie and the performance was gaudy and over done

As movie: SAG

For performance: Chaalbaaz

Seeta Aur Geeta.

“Hawa ke saath saath”

The movie is just timeless. Hema fits in seamlessly.

Reminiscent of her character in Sholay. It was also a better made movie.

But Chalbaaz has it’s own moments.

“Aaj Sunday hain .. Aaj Sunday hain... Toh? Toh? Din main daaru peene ka day hain.”

“Main ek chota sa pyara sa nanha sa baccha hoon”

Sri Devi in Chaalbaaz.

But if we talk about the rest of the cast and entire movie, it's undoubtedly SAG, thanks to Dharmendra, Sanjeev Kumar and HM's chemistry with both.

Sunny and Rajnikanth with Sri ? Dont know what the director/producers were smoking.

LOL aww, I loved Rajni & Sri in that movie. Its hard to make your mark when you have a powerhouse like Sri in the same frame but they tried their best.

I also loved the step mom / aunt ?? in SAG, I forget her name but she was great

I love Sridevi but Seeta Geeta comedy was hilarious !
