For gifs you need at least 3-5 continuous screenshots I found. And if you're using a PC try that snipping tool as well. It works when I have to take a screenshot for work-related stuff, so it should work for this too.

Ok, one more suggestion... after Mish drinks it, instead of FF, can the next frame just be she puts it on the table and then next Abir picks it up and shows the lipstick mark and drinks it?

I think this is possible, I’ll have to remove FF and slow things down a bit. Will try and see. I was trying with a video I had of the scene, but I think snapshots will work better here.
