Find it hard to believe that this was the best audition in all of India.

So embarrassing. Karan praising her to the skies as she ‘acts’ a scene from wake up sid, wiping boogers from her nose.

Manish being shady. Said Alia is proactive and enjoys what she does, but doesn’t mention being talented😂

There was this girl that was very western in her approach that I thought had something about her that would click with India?? Is it just me or does Karan completely lack coherence sometimes?

Well thank GOD that people learn from tragedy and a lot of people in India are incensed at the idea that even a famous and strong person can be bullied and harassed with hatred, to the point that they would self harm. Because everyone has feelings even Alia and some people may even have private battles that they are fighting while putting up a brave front.

I am so glad "everyone" will be more sensitive and kind when one trash talking pseudo celeb. or her sister call other people bad actors or creates controversy and lies, no one will believe them and people will check sources before they crucify anyone based on gossip and blinds will be treated as what they are trashy lies.

It is great that the barometer for stardom will be the public at the box office and not a last name but neither will an "outsider" be able to use any victim cards, nor talent be considered based on what a loud mouth you are or how well you can manipulate, talent will stand alone to shine under the bright lights!

This is Refreshing and worthy of celebrating.

They're getting called out for their bad behavior. If the bad behavior they showed to SSR were to be replicated... rumors of unprofessionalism, blinds about violent behavior, blinds about being sexual assaulter etc. would need to be seen. There would need to be money and name dangled in front of producers to snatch Alia's movies away. There would need to be mockery on TV from actual colleagues and not random movie watchers.

Right now, only regular people are trolling, not their own colleagues who can do material harm as Alia et al did with SSR.

Even after all this, they act like they did nothing wrong. No guilt, no remorse, no shame. Only justification and entitlement.

What is the alternative you're suggesting to the trolling (minus rape and death threats) to make the perpetrators of Bollywood bullying face up to their crimes?
