Once the round riddle is posted, ie, what the round is about, your team can discuss who is taking it up. Once the member is decided, she will get the PM. And then the round task cannot be discussed with any teammate.

If task is assigned to a team member then they cant discuss it with anyone. Other team members cant help with question
