Look at Ajay's co-stars in the last decade: Ileana, Kajal, Tamannaah, Shriya Saran, Amy Jackson, Asin, Sonakshi, Kangana (pre-Queen days), Erika Kaar.

Why would a top actress want to join this list of largely B-list (or lower rung) actresses?
