There was no reason why they would have supported a weaker kingdom over a more powerful one

Really as currently Ramanand Sagar Krishna is coming where akrur did went 2 Hastinapur 4 seeking help from them by in show it was shown that due 2 Shakuni dritrashtra refused. They dint show Hastinapur supporting jarasandh 2.

I know serial only dramatise d whole drama don't show actual truth.

Krishna Balaram defeated jarasandh 18 times .

If Hastinapura supported jarasandh then why they were against Yadavs.

But they had relationship with Yadavs as Kunti was from yadav family.

I think I had read somewhere that in one of the 18 attacks Duryodhan had lead the Magadh forces, although am not sure about it

Aside it also seems very strange that Balramji actually supported someone who had once attacked his state.

But can't be sure

About SriKrishna, although Ramanand Sagar ji did try to keep it very close to reality (Ramayana was awesome) but in SriKrishna he couldn't actually let go some biases, Shakuni was made way too bad, Akroorji as a devotee to Krishnaji etc. Don't take it true to the last word

Pandavas dint supported krishna ?

That doesn't matter always.

When Vasudev and Devaki were in the prison, Kunti would have most probably been the queen with Pandu ruling. Considering Devaki had 6 kids before Balram in the prison and Balram was nearly of same age as Bheem, let's consider the 6th child was equal in age to Yudhishtir.

Devaki would have taken at least 4 years to give birth to 5 kids before that and definitely Kunti wasn't in forest for 3 years before conceiving Yudhishtir.

Pandu was a great warrior, had high valour, and had done a huge Digvijay, did he or Kunti ever think of freeing Kunti's brother Vasudev?

No because that would have meant enimity with Kans and indirectly an enimity with Jarasangh, which no one would have wished for

No Pandavas are not mentioned to have supported Krishna, I don't think Pandavas and Krishna were even friendly by then. I think this period might have been during the Lakshagriha exile, else Pandavas would have had to support Jarasangh considering Hastinapur was allying with them

Jarasandha was the emperor. Hastinapuri HAD to do what he said.

Krishna sent Akrura as emissary to possibly form an alliance with Pandavas. He threatened the Kauravas. Kunti doesn't seem to have responded or the Pandavas.

This, I believe, was after Pandavas completed their education. So if KMG is right, Bheema had already been to Balram's gada academy.

Kunti didn't seek Yadava help, either.

Then, Pandavas supposedly died in lac house. Krishna went to funeral but got diverted by Satyajit's murder. Balram accused Krishna of murder and left for Mithila.

Suyodhana took this opportunity to go to Mithila and formed an alliance with Balram.

So we have Yadavas needing help. Kunti ignoring. Kunti needing help but choosing to go it alone Pandavas faking death. Suyodhana offering alliance to Balram who takes it. After all, Suyodhana was likely forced to fight for Jarasandh while Kunti and Pandavas ignored Krishna's plea for help.

Krishna's presence at Panchali swayamvar was probably because of this. They couldn't have a direct alliance with Pandavas because of whatever grudge Kunti seemed to have against them. But she was willing to accept Panchali, and Panchali came with a living dowry 😆.
