@Bold. Although I agree with most of what you've say, having expectations is human nature. It is very easy to say that don't have expectations but in reality, we all have certain expectations. We all work to reach a certain goal. We all crave love, belonging, and appreciation. For example, imagine working day and day for a job for years and your manager never acknowledges your hardwork or increases your pay or worse, gives your job to someone else. If you have dreams and goals and work hard to achieve them, having expectations is inevitable.
