But what if I'm interested in a movie's story but it has really bad nepo actors and that ends up ruining a movie for me. So what should I do then.

People can have a very good intuition on what the best quality film is based on the director's previous work, based on the script writer's previous work, based on the production quality. Again not all the star kids had Karan Papa lobbying to get them good film after good film. In the past, after their launch they were on their own. People only casted them if they saw talent or desperately need someone because no one else would do their movie.
