BW is a bully town filled with insecure old actors and directors. And these selfish prats have let every single outsider-newcomer down. I'd say our Marathi industry is much more like a family than these pretend sake posers.
I never watched his serials but watched MSD and Chhichhore in the theaters! I regret not going to watch his other movies in theaters! He deserved all the appreciation we are giving now! I honestly went to watch MSD just for MSD but it was the movie where I fell for his acting!❤️ He was much more than perfect in that movie! I watched Byomkesh Bakshi after the release of MSD and as always he was fabulous in it!

Yes, Marathi indutry is much better! Newcomers are welcomed and not bullied. And more importantly they get chances to show their talent!
Even Tollywood is good! They promote good movies even if a newcomer stars in it. I am an Anushka Shetty fan as expected and she always promotes good movies even if they are low budget with no big star!
